· For newcomer Chief Officer 2 contracts as Chief Officer on reefer vessels · Re-employment as Chief Officer or promotion to Master’s rank with good appraisal/evaluation · 24 months sea service as C/O onboard of reefer vessels prior promotion to Master position |
· For newcomer Chief Officer no more than 55 years old. · For the existing Chief officer, no age limit — based on his health condition (medical certificate) and duty performance · Limit of age is 18 years |

2nd Officer 3rd Officer |
